The Qualityspeed training system is more of a concept than a system written in stone.

All athletes are different and need different stimuli.

The most important to begin with are basics like:

  • Movement
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Mobility

Sprinting is a specific way of running and to sprint the right way you need to meet some conditions.

We train specific to speed to make you faster. Because fast wins games in any team sports where running is a big part of the game like football, field hockey, American football or lacrosse.

We work on the whole body and your mind so you are being geared to speed.

After your training block you will be a faster starter and have a higher top speed. This will make you a better athlete to perform in your sports.
